COVID-19 Statement: Here to Serve You

As stay-at-home directives go into effect for many of our customers and their communities, we want you to know that supporting and serving you remains our top priority.

As a financial services institution, Rural 1st® is exempt from these stay-at-home directives. We remain open and available to answer your calls, respond to your emails and find solutions to your needs. We offer a range of online and electronic services through email and online banking.

You may use these services to:

  • Make payments
  • Check balances on loans
  • Deposit checks
  • Transfer money between operating and other loan products
  • Transfer money between bank accounts
  • Pay bills
  • Set up automatic payments
  • Wire funds
  • Conduct ACH transactions
