How to Enroll
Step 1
Go to OnlineBanking.Rural1st.com and select “Register.” Read and accept the Terms of the Agreement.
Step 2
Enter your loan account number, Social Security Number and email address on the secure page. You can find account numbers in your closing packet.
Step 3
Verify your identity via phone by selecting either a text message or phone call and entering the confirmation code received.
Step 4
Set up your password and click “Register.”
Once these steps have been completed, log in using your email address and the password you created to view your account.
You’ll be prompted to set up your secret security questions the first time you log in—this will help verify your identity and reset your password in the event you forget it.
Did you sign up for automatic payments for your loan? If so, you do not need to schedule those through Online Banking; our team will schedule payments for you.
